We do not provide sponsors, advertisers, press, or partners with private contact, application, or prize information that identifies you unless you direct us to do so or give us permission. This does not restrict Clue Pulse’s use of event recordings as described under “Recording and Public Content.”
Information you provide.
When you contact us, subscribe, or apply to play, we may collect your name, email address, VRChat username, teammate information, availability, communications, consent choices, and any other information you choose to provide.
Information about teammates.
If you provide information about a teammate or another person, you represent that you have permission to provide that information and that the person may be contacted about Clue Pulse. We may instead ask the teammate to provide or confirm their information directly.
Winner and prize information.
For eligibility verification, prize administration, or shipping, we may ask a selected winner for a legal name, date of birth, mailing address, and other information reasonably necessary to deliver a prize or comply with applicable requirements. This information will only be collected after a person is selected or wins and only when it is needed.
Website and analytics information.
Our Wix-hosted website and Google Analytics may automatically collect information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referral source, approximate location, pages viewed, time and date of visits, interactions, cookie identifiers, and similar usage information.
Event and recording information.
Clue Pulse shows may be recorded, photographed, clipped, edited, livestreamed, rebroadcast, published, promoted, or monetized. A recording may capture your avatar, display name, VRChat username, voice, movements, reactions, chat, and interactions with hosts, contestants, or audience members.
We use personal information to operate and improve the website and live show; process contestant applications; select and contact teams; confirm availability; manage audience participation; answer questions; administer prizes; arrange shipping; prevent fraud or abuse; enforce show rules; protect participants and the public; maintain records; comply with legal obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We may use recordings and event content to produce episodes, livestreams, trailers, highlights, clips, advertisements, social posts, press materials, and other Clue Pulse promotional or entertainment content. Contestants may be required to sign a separate participation and media release before appearing on the show.
The website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for Wix hosting, security, forms, preferences, and basic site operation. Others, including Google Analytics technologies, help us understand traffic and improve the website. Google Analytics may receive device and activity information when its tags are allowed to operate.

Clue Pulse is based in South Carolina, United States. If you participate from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or in other countries where our providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you live.
Where European, United Kingdom, or similar data protection law applies, we process information as necessary to take steps at your request or perform our agreement with you; based on consent for marketing and non-essential cookies where required; to comply with legal obligations; and for legitimate interests such as operating, securing, improving, documenting, and promoting Clue Pulse, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights. PRIVACY POLICY
If you opt in, we may send show announcements, contestant openings, scheduling information, prize updates, clips, promotions, and other Clue Pulse news through Mailchimp. Our emails may include paid advertising, sponsor messages, affiliate links, or promotional placements.
We do not sell your email address or contact information to advertisers for money, and we do not give sponsors your contact information for their own independent marketing unless you separately authorize it. A sponsored message may be included in an email sent by Clue Pulse or through Mailchimp without providing the sponsor with our subscriber list.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us. We may still send non-promotional messages that are necessary for an application, confirmed appearance, prize, safety issue, or legal notice

Clue Pulse shows and events may be photographed, recorded, livestreamed, clipped, edited, published, distributed, promoted, and monetized. Notice that recording may occur will be provided before or upon entry. By entering, attending, speaking in, or remaining in a Clue Pulse show instance after receiving that notice, you authorize Golden Circle Realities LLC and Clue Pulse to capture and use your avatar, display name, username, voice, movements, reactions, and interactions in any media, worldwide, without further approval or compensation, to the extent permitted by law.
Published recordings may be viewed, copied, commented on, clipped, reposted, or otherwise used by third parties beyond our control. If you request removal, we will consider reasonable requests concerning content controlled by Clue Pulse, but we may be unable to remove archival material, content needed for legal or recordkeeping purposes, or copies controlled by other people or platforms.
The Clue Pulse website and contestant application are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If we learn that we collected such information without legally valid authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian who believes a child under 13 provided information may contact us.
Contestants and contestant applicants must be at least 18 years old. Live VRChat audience members must be at least 13 years old and must also satisfy VRChat's own requirements. Clue Pulse may include strong language, mature themes, adult humor, or unpredictable live interactions.
If you are between 13 and 17 years old, by entering or remaining in a Clue Pulse show instance you represent that you obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to attend the show, to encounter content that may include strong language or mature humor, and to be present in an environment that may be recorded or livestreamed. Clue Pulse may restrict any event or instance to adults only.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including future contestant selection, communications, prize administration, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and recordkeeping. The period depends on the type of information and our relationship with you.
Marketing subscription information is generally retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, although a limited suppression record may be kept to honor your opt-out. Winner and shipping information may be retained as required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal records. Published recordings and promotional content may be retained indefinitely as part of the Clue Pulse archive. Analytics information is retained according to our Google Analytics settings and applicable requirements.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, objection to, or portability of your personal information; to withdraw consent; to opt out of certain processing; or to appeal a decision about a privacy request. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

We may need to verify your identity and may retain or decline to delete information when permitted or required by law. Authorized agents may submit requests where applicable, subject to verification of their authority.
We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation. Some privacy laws use broader definitions of sale or sharing that may include certain analytics disclosures. Where such laws apply, we will honor applicable rights and opt-out signals as required.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. However, no website, email system, online platform, storage system, or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy as Clue Pulse grows, changes providers, forms a new business entity, adds features, or responds to legal or operational changes.
